  • Payment Information: Payment card details (processed securely via our payment processor; we do not store full credit card information directly).

  • Provide, fulfill, and manage one-on-one personalized college admissions guidance.

  • Communicate with you regarding session bookings, feedback deliverables, and service updates.

  • Process payments securely.

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

CollegeBound Advisor – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or using services from CollegeBound Advisor, operated by Final Round Miami LLC, you (“Client,” “Student,” or “Parent/Guardian”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

CollegeBound Advisor provides personalized college admissions guidance, including Essay Reviews, Application Reviews, Planning Sessions, and multi-month guidance packages. Services are purchased directly through our website.

2. Client Responsibilities & Scheduling Policy

To maximize the effectiveness of our services, clients must adhere to the following rules:

  • Scheduling: Students and parents are entirely responsible for scheduling their own meetings using the provided booking link. Unused sessions do not roll over past the 5-month agreement window.

  • Document Submission: If you select any "Review" service (Application or Essay Review), you are responsible for uploading your materials or granting Common App access in a timely manner. Feedback will be returned within 2–3 business days of a complete upload.

  • Rescheduling Policy: Because our schedule fills up quickly, we enforce a strict cap on session reschedules:

    • College Application Package: A maximum of 1 reschedule is permitted.

    • Senior Success Package: A maximum of 2 reschedules are permitted.

    • Notice Requirement: Any cancellations beyond these limits or made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a forfeited session.

3. Refund Policy

All fees paid are strictly non-refundable.

4. No Guarantee of Admission or Financial Aid

While CollegeBound Advisor provides expert strategies, review, and support, we cannot guarantee admission to any specific college, university, or program, nor can we guarantee financial aid or scholarship awards. Final admission decisions rest solely with individual educational institutions.

5. Age Requirement

Services are offered to individuals aged 16 and over. If the client receiving services is under 18, a parent or legal guardian agrees to these terms on their behalf.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising under these terms must be brought in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
